Fifteen strong, the Mighty Ones have arrived on the scene of Extravaganza 2016, greeted by evening and early morning temperatures in the mid-30’s warming up to twice that during the mid-day hours. All airlines were on time, all bags were delivered in a timely manner and each and every member of Dem Ones has raved about the atmosphere that greeted them, the joviality of all involved, and the wonderful food that has been presented now meal after meal by our wonderful caretakers Peanut and Larry, along with Larry’s brother “Seattle Ed” (shown above) breaking in our new outdoor bbq, with masterful perfection.
This heavily laden veteran group has taken under their wing the newbies from SoCal and Detroit and, as we delve further into the events of Group One the rookies are seamlessly melding into the ways of their wizened veterans and cutting their own path at the same time—witness right now the rookies breaking in our refurbished outdoor fire pit while the vets quietly retire!
