National Wildlife Federation Presents!!

Sarah Bates, Deputy Director, Northern Rockies, Prairies & Pacific Region of the National Wildlife Federation had a big day on Day One with the Ones. Shown above is Sarah boasting her very first trout caught on a fly fishing rig during the day and then, later that evening, delivering a spell binding PowerPoint presentation to Dem Ones on the ongoing activities of the now 80 National Wildlife Federation. Also presenting was Hayley Newman who coordinaters NWF’s sage grouse preservation programing, explaining how sage grouse can’t see fences and how her group’s NWF efforts by tagging the upper wire of range fences saves more than one of these nearly endangered birds per mile of fencing.

Thank you both—you are each rock stars in the eyes of Extravaganza 2016!!
