FW: How Many E-16 Cases of Wine Are There On The Wall??

All: This is the closest bet yet for all of the wrong reasons. You are very, very close, South Carolinian Z-man and returning Group Three veteran Mark Zion; in fact, you are just eight (8) cases off, pal!

Because we are coming the week before our countries birthday and since its 2016 Extravaganza must mean there are 76 1/2 cases in the wall.

FW: How Many E-16 Cases of Wine Are There On The Wall??

From Group Three rookie and South Carolina pharmacist Gary "Low Ball" Jones preceded by my reply:

If you multiplied your number by two, Gary, you would still be low!!

Looking forward to having you here, my friend; I have you perched right above the Blackfoot River during your stay and paired up with a great friend of mine from Louisiana!!

E-16 Greeting From (Y)our Outfitter!

Hello from the fishy side of Headquarters gang. Your friendly neighborhood outfitter John Gould here, just saying hello as we are somehow less than a week out from group one already!
It's been an excellent spring here so far in western Montana, and we are in no way shape or form in fear of high water being an issue here for the rest of the season now. As in, no three hour bus rides, you veterans know what I mean!
As long as it's not ridiculously hot during this year's event, we should be more than set up for some excellent dry fly fishing this June! River levels should promote a more generous experience for all you first timers, and more dry fly bites for all you returning "fly flickers"...assuming you remember to "mend it like you mean it!"
As always, don't forget to pack your ugliest Hawaiian shirt for day one of each group! Also, your gag, (and it's also ok to do a cool/useful) gift for your fly fishing guide as well. Pack sunscreen, bug spray, (could happen) and layers in the clothing department...it is Montana after all. The long term forecast was for a cooler, wetter June,  but we really never trust any weather predictions/person  out here.
Really looking forward to seeing you all for this year's event! With all rivers in great shape we are all very excited for E16! Hope you are!

See y'all very soon,

John Gould

From/To Group Three's Scott "Not So Flash" Gordon (who missed his incoming flight three years ago by arriving at SFO too late to check his oversized bag, and thereby is so named!):

WAY low, my friend, way low!! That number may get us through Group Two but never through your marvelous Group Three!

Start leaving for the airport NOW!!!!!!!

From Group Three veteran Martin “Madman” O’Malley who should know that this number is WAY low!!

FW: How Many E-16 Cases of Wine Are There On The Wall??

A bit low, my dear, but a good guess!! As a Group Two rookie you will learn that just to have 50+ cases of wine on hand for an Extravaganza runs the risk of running dry!!

54 and a half.

A tad low, my friend—if it was just that amount there would be nothing left for y'all in Group Three!--RCR

I guess 52.5
